Typos in Heartbeat log messages
When heartbeat sent messages to the log, it normally begin with the string "Heartbeat: ", but some of them don't.
To fix this issue, simply had the string "Heartbeat: " at the beginning of the already existing string at : /feature/dirclient/dirclient.c, line 2004 /core/or/status.c, line 108
On a related note, but for a different issue : It could make sense to create a new log level type named "heartbeat". It would be nice to be able to put the option "Log heartbeat-heartbeat /var/log/tor/heartbeat.log" in "/etc/tor/torrc". This would make possible to eliminate the string "Heartbeat: " from the start of every heartbeat log messages. We would instead change "[notice]" to "[heartbeat]". This change would reduce the number of caracters per line of heartbeat log message by 8. I assume that the number of heartbeat log messages will grow in the future, so it will make more and more sense to separate it from the notice log level. Also, heartbeat is more about meta-data and general information, so it would make sense, log severity wise, to put it between "notice" and "warn".
