Move nightly signing key to tor-browser

When fixing tor-browser#33803 (closed) we should make sure that the current nightly signing key is moved out of tor-browser-build as well (see: tor-browser#33803 (comment 2671931)).

Not really. I created the ticket to remind me for checking whether we have a proper ticket in in the tor-browser project as I did not have the time to do so at that moment. It seems we do, tor-browser#33803 (closed), great. But we need a ticket in this project, too, to remove the key we are currently using out of tor-browser-build.

So, let me change the ticket description accordingly.
