Tor Browser About Dialogs should all display torbrowser.version

The "About TorBrowser" menu option should definitely list it. That page has been a total branding fail in general for a while now, so while we're at it we should make our version more prominent than the Firefox version information, and certainly remove their logo.

Torbutton's about menu should list a version.

Adding this here at Mike's recommendation:

It would also be lovely if the TorBrowser "about" dialog also reported the underlying version of Tor, and of anything else included in TorBrowser that's versioned independently. That will, I hope, make support easier by making it easier for me to know what version of Tor you have.

Our about:tor page seems to address this specific issue. Calling this fixed.

There are other about dialogs that still need fixing, but they have separate bugs that more clearly state individual remaining branding problems.
