globe/atlas don't display accept6/reject6 lines

https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-relays/2014-May/004595.html is from a relay operator who has set up an ipv6 orport. But https://globe.torproject.org/#/relay/6269EC22B7970ACDE4AF09F6ADE67CEB0C7F7964 and https://atlas.torproject.org/#details/6269EC22B7970ACDE4AF09F6ADE67CEB0C7F7964 don't give any indication that they know what an accept6 line is for.

Here's what Onionoo knows about this relay's accept6/reject6 lines:

That's the same format as "exit_policy_summary" which is already displayed by Atlas and Globe. Shouldn't be too hard to also display "exit_policy_v6_summary".
